Right to Information
The Right of Access to Information Act, 2017 ensures transparency, accountability, and public participation in governance by granting citizens access to information held by public bodies. The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MOFEPT) is committed to full compliance with the Act by proactively disclosing information and facilitating timely responses to information requests in accordance with Sections 5 and 8 of the law.

Section 8 – Facilitation of Access to Information
How to Request Information
- Submit a written request via email or post to the designated RTI Officer
- Clearly describe the information required
- Provide contact details for response
Response Time
- Information will be provided within 10 working days
- Urgent/public interest cases will be processed within 2 working days
Appeal Mechanism
- If information is denied or delayed, applicants may file an appeal with the relevant authority
- Further appeal lies with the Pakistan Information Commission
