Federal Minister for Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Mr. Shafqat Mahmood inaugurates a 4-day national conference on uniform national curriculum in which experts from all four provinces of Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Itehad wo tanzim ul Madaris Pakistan and Cantt Garrison are participating.

Speaking on the occasion, the Federal Minister said that if history is to be studied then great and extraordinary works also started in normal circumstances but with the rise they changed the flow of history. Referring to class division in the education system, he said that there is such a difference in thinking and ideology and ability that if two classes are combined, they are not able to communicate. He said that the state failed in the field of education in 70 years and the state could not pay any attention to ending the division of education and the work of the state was done by the madrassas and the poorest children were educated.

Shafqat Mahmood said that the official language, judicial language and corporate language of the country is English. The nation is scattered. We can't fix everything but one curriculum, and by bringing a text box, we are building the foundation for reform and uniting the nation.

The Federal Minister said that friends had initially said that the task was impossible, after the 18th Amendment the curriculum had been assigned to the provinces, co-operation of private schools and seminaries would also be uncertain but under the guidance of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Accepted this challenge and was happy that there was a lot of support from all the provinces, especially the private schools and the Alliance for which they are grateful.

The Federal Minister said that contemporary needs are being taken into consideration to develop a uniform curriculum. This curriculum will reflect our culture and history. International relations have also been kept in mind. And the role of different languages ??has also been laid down and we have kept in mind that what kind of citizen, what kind of Muslim and what kind of person we want to be, our common curriculum will cover all these aspects.

Referring to the concerns of the private schools, the Federal Minister said that the quality of this government curriculum will not be lower than the private schools curriculum in any way but will be better.

The Minister conveyed the good news to the nation and said that in April 2021, the primary curriculum will be implemented in all schools across Pakistan.
